Shipment & Returns
UK orders
UK case orders are delivered free of charge by tracked courier, within 1 week of order.
UK pallets ship under EXW (Ex Works) terms: the buyer arranges collection from our UK premises and is responsible for the shipment from that point.
International Orders
Case orders (currently Ireland and the Netherlands) ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms: the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes on arrival in their own country.
EU pallets ship under EXW terms from our Italian partner's facility: the buyer arranges collection and is responsible for the shipment from that point.
Returns
Please inspect deliveries on arrival. Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can arrange a replacement or credit. As an imported food product, we're unable to accept returns of opened packaging, in line with standard food safety practice.
Quality, Traceability & Sustainability
Si Sogno is a registered Food Business for imported food products.
Every batch is traceable from our roasters in Italy through to the customer, so we can respond quickly and accurately to any quality query.
We work with established roasters and suppliers in Northern Italy, chosen for quality and consistency rather than lowest cost, and we're continuing to build out our sustainability practices — including packaging choices and sourcing transparency — as the business grows.
